Today I found this link on Hacker News about “failing” early and often and the Marshmallow challenge.
(I don’t like the term “fail” because everyone has their own definition of failure and success, and what you might see as a failure might be the best experience someone is having and enjoying, instead we could say “iterate early and often”)
