The Virtual Personal Assistant can be the perfect assistant for companies. This is because companies get the results with less of the cost and less of the stress.

So true! For another angle - those who can't afford even a part-time VA, or just want to offload the occasional task, check out http://www.microtasking.net

We made it because we ran into similar problems to you - we wanted part-time tasks, and we deal with tasks from an hour to a full day.

I really liked Tim Ferriss' book. It introduced me to four concepts I still use today:

- virtual assistants

I tend to think more and more in terms of outsourcing now.

- lifestyle design

What would your ideal life look like? Take the time to picture it in a detailed way. Make yourself excited about the possibilities of that ideal life. Now work on it every day.

It really helped me realized I was postponing things I could do now. An example is exercising. In my ideal life, I would exercise 1h every day, followed by 30 minutes of meditation. But I can do that now in my current life, I just need to wake up earlier and push myself out of bed. so even though I still don't exercise everyday, I know it is not because the conditions are not ideal, it is just because I decide not to.

- market analysis

You can learn many things about the potential of a market and save a great deal of time before starting a new product by simply doing some clever market analysis.

- automation in business

I design almost every application with Automation in mind. How can I automate content creation? in-game contests? etc...

Amanda, what is the interest for them to do that? They lose their time, don't they? Or is there some statistics on GetAFreelancer that rewards these behaviours? or punish the person who wrote the ad? (high number of people backing out)

As a small business owner, outsourcing work to Virtual Assistants is fast becoming a popular and intelligent decision. The business owner saves enormous amounts of money by cutting the costs of offices and equipment overhead as well as expensive benefits packages. I am also running a small business using this facility by valleyhq I am very satisfied and feel like I am able to increase my business now.
